Mojo's Principles for fitness and joyful living
Drawing on his many years of athletic achievement and casual enjoyment of life, Mojo has provided a list of general principles for health, athletic excellence and exuberant, joyful living. These principles apply equally to all animals–bipeds and quadrupeds alike.
Be a play opportunist. Use any excuse to move around and jump for joy. When the spirit moves you, run like the wind. Dance when you can.
Be a rest opportunist. If there's a break in the action, take it. With a little practice, you can power lounge just about anywhere.
Let your body run the show. Sensation is generally reliable.
Keep the beat. Live rhythmically.
Be a good animal.
